the reception kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout. this allowed us to see the town comfortably. i collected them just before going to the airport (this was helpful). the staff's attention to our needs was very heartwarming.

I found this hotel merely average. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was continental with ham, cheese, eggs, and bread. I was left eating fruit every day. I expected more vegan options. Only orange juice and water were available. MOST 4-star hotels offer at least 3 different types of juices. I found that disappointing.

the hotel IS tired. It could use a major refresh! and if you don't notice on arrival that there is no food served after 10pm, you are out of luck.

i found the staff at the front desk super helpful and excellent. they assisted us when a taxi driver almost overcharged us. the hotel offered a complimentary suite upgrade, which i didn't even request. i noticed the breakfast restaurant was very clean, with friendly staff and tasty food.
the mini bar in my room was empty. i learned that the hotel no longer stocks them.

the reception staff seemed good. housekeeping kept everything immaculate. our room had l'occitane toiletries and i thought that was a nice touch. i appreciated the cleanliness and decor. i was able to easily get to avenue louisewith lots of shops.
i was sad the mini bar was empty. i arrived late, so i was hoping for a quick snack.
